BIG UP LP INTERNATIONAL

SOUND TALK…

Big Up LP International for their Victory in Albany Manor at WARZONE!!!! The reigning Kings of New York proved that they still have what it takes to defend their title and they are not planning on giving it up anytime soon, not even to the Mighty King Addies.

Saturday Nights Clash can be summed up with one phrase; Experience Teaches

Wisdom. It was Addies’ Young Guns, Kingpin & A1 against LP’s more experienced Killa D & the War Veteran Puma. At the beginning, it seemed as if Addies couldn’t lose. They jumped out and took an early lead… but as we all know, the race is not for the swift. Addies’ young killers seemed to play out many of their Anthems too early in the dance & it cost them as the night progressed. Credit goes to Kingpin whose speeches were on point in the beginning as he seemed to derail Killa D early out. At one point Killa D was struggling to find come backs to Kingpin’s verbal assault. But the difference was Puma. His strategic selection of LP’s chunes changed the momentum of the clash and from LP took the lead, they never looked back. He unloaded a barrage of LP Anthems mixed with new Dubs and old & new personalized chunes which kept the dance in a frenzy. And that is when Killa D caught his footing and commanded the crowd with speech & chune. LP also introduced some chunes on the Agony Riddim that were well received. Kingpin & A1 tried to retaliate, but it was clear that the new killers didn’t have an understanding of their arsenal and had no idea what to draw. Puma on the other hand never let up. Kingpin also made a mistake by calling out LP’s old war MC, Stereo Fish, who was in attendance. Stereo Fish made one speech & flattened the place. LP’s domination of the clash made the crowd cancel Tune fi Tune, thus sealing their victory.

All in All, the clash was total Success. Dance did Ram Vibes did Mad & no Almshouse or foolishness. Everyone who attended got more than their money’s worth.

I wanna Big Up Kingpin & A1 for standing up throughout the entire clash. They did an excellent job defending their sound withstanding all that pressure and have a bright future on Addies. Everyone has a lot to say about who could’ve done what in the clash… but these are the facts; although Kingpin can manage Killa D MC Wise, A1 cannot manage Puma’s Experience around his sound. Killa Bo would’ve dominated MC-wise but he needs a selector that he knows well that knows the Addies arsenal. Babyface would’ve been the perfect selector, but the only person he would let MC for him is Matterhorn, and if not he would end up killing himself in the clash. Puma went to war with Face & Matterhorn when Addies was in its prime… Puma is still on LP & Addies a rebuild.

Also Big Up Bext Level Sound & Venom Sound. Sounds dem did a beat nice in the Manor...

One ting is for sure… NY big sounds are coming back… and this is great for the business!!!
